  “Best Plumbing” is an interesting choice of name for a company that, in my experience, would moreso qualify for the name "Barely Plumbing." I hope management takes customer service and quality standards more seriously moving forward- but I doubt it.

  When confronted with a liability, they will gaslight, cover for each other and out right lie to you. Would never risk money here again.

  Mike did a great job! He tried very hard to repair the very, very old faucet, because we are replacing everything soon. However, it was just too far gone. He did a quick install of the inexpensive faucet I bought.

  I had immediate response to my very unfortunate problem which was taken care of promptly, professionally, and appropriately. I had a very positive experience with them. If I ever need a plumber again this is who I will call! Thank you Norman, Todd, and Preston!
