  I had an amazing experience with AFS service technician Nikoli Elrod. He did an incredible job and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell that he truly loves what he does, and that level of care and dedication really shows in his work. He was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. AFS is lucky to have someone like Nikoli on their team!

  CUDO'S TO TYLER MORELAND, CLAYTON COX AND BRENDON NEWMAN FOR A JOB WELL DONE LAST WEEK. THEY REPLACED STANTIONS UNDER OUR PORCHES SUPPORTING THE FLOORS AND ENCAPSILATED BOTH AREAS AND INSTAĹLED PUMP AND DRAINAGE. DIFFICULT WORK AREAS BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THANK YOU.

  I had extensive work done by AFS last summer and my experience with them and their work was fantastic. Jason Camp and his crew were a dream to work with and the end results were nothing short of ideal. Very pleased. Today an AFS technician, Emmett, came out to replace a cap that had been destroyed by our lawnmower. He was so courteous, so professional, completed the work efficiently, and also helped me with how to resolve another issue that was not part of the project they’d completed for me last year. A+

  AQUAGUARD FOUNDATION SPECIALISTS (AFS) OF CHATTANOOGA, WAS OFFICIALLY INTRODUCED TO US BY MICHAEL C, CERTIFIED FIELD INSPECTOR ,WHO IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND POLITE BY THOROUGHLY EXPLAINING THE PROCESS TO REINFORCE THE FOUNDATION OF OUR HOME...THE PAPERWORK/FINANCING PROCESS WAS THE MOST TIME CONSUMING PROCESS WHICH IS SEPARATE FROM AFS...ONCE THAT WAS FINALIZED WE WERE ON THE CALENDAR...THE WORK WAS DONE OVER A 3-DAY SPAN THAT STARTED WITH THE FIRST CREW, EDGAR P AND JOSH B., WHO ARE EFFICIENT DEDICATED WORKERS...EDGAR THROUGHLY EXPLAINED THEIR GOALS, PROVIDING PICS ETC AND WERE CAREFUL TO PROTECT OUR PROPERTY AS THEY WORKED...THE 2ND CREW, CASEY H & JUSTIN T, ARRIVED THE 3RD DAY TO DO THEIR SPECIALTY...CASEY THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING INCLUDING PICS TOO...AT THE END OF THE 3RD DAY THE JOB WAS COMPLETE AS SCHEDULED, OUR YARD WAS RESTORED, GRASS SEED LAID AND CLEAN...OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AFS AND THEIR PERSONNEL WAS GREAT... :) :)

  From the initial inspection and quote with Eric to the actual install with Taylor F., Patrick T., and David E, we had an excellent experience with the AFS team! We had always heard about AFS being a leader in the industry, and they definitely lived up to it. We encapsulated our crawl space and added a dehumidifier to our very old home that has a unique crawl space with various heights. We were impressed with the quality of the materials and the level of detail with the install. The before and after pics were helpful. They got all the work done in a day. We will definitely recommend them to others! We saw an immediate difference in lower humidity levels and fresher air just within 24-48 hours of them installing.
