  Window World of the Tri-Cities is an exceptional company with exceptional products. From the initial sales quote, to coordination by company staff, to the on-site technical teams, everyone was professional, sincere, and customer-service focused. First, we replaced our gutters. Being of an engineering mind, and after shopping around, I found their gutter system and gutter guards to be of very high quality. Our home had an issue with water infiltrating the basement, but after the 6-inch gutters were installed, we no longer had water from the roof getting underneath the home. We were also impressed with their triple-pane replacement windows and doors. Once installed, we immediately noticed a difference in the temperature inside our home compared with the old windows and doors. Prior to the installation, we struggled to keep the house cool this summer, but afterward, our air conditioning has been running on a much lower setting. We are expecting the same benefit when we heat the home this winter. Both the windows and doors operate very smoothly and are easy to open, close, and clean. I would recommend Window World of the Tri-Cities to anyone. In fact, I already have multiple times. The company is thoroughly impressive. There was no sales pressure, they were easy to communicate with and schedule appointments with, and both the office staff and technical personnel were attentive and professional. They arrived on-site as scheduled, and the quality of their work was A+.

  My husband and I are extremely pleased with the installation of new siding on our house! Our home looks new! All of our neighbors have complimented on how beautiful our home looks. John Poole and his crew were the best, always wanting everything they did to be exact! They all were so professional and very nice to talk to. Our dogs grew to look forward to seeing them! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect job!

  Great team working for Window World. Mark, Isaac and Preston did an excellent job. They actually went over and above our expectations. They were very professional and polite at all times.

  From my initial conversation with the appointment setter to the completion of the job! The salesman was not pushy at all. I made a decision a few days later and my windows were ordered. I was told up front that the windows weren't constructed yet, made to order. I received a call approximately 2 months plus, my windows were in. Appointment made and 15 days later they were installed. The installers are employees of Window World and are very professional and knowledgeable of the 3 pane windows I had installed. I'm putting in 11 more windows in in May 2027 for another project and want the same staff I had the first time around. The windows pasted all my expectations. We live on an busy road in the woods of Unicoi Tennessee. It's good downhill run for truckers and motorcycles to open it up. "WE DON'T HEAR ANY OUTSIDE ANYMORE".   We replaced our roof and gutters and were very happy with the results. The roofing crew (Zamora Roofing), were fantastic! Very hard working and knowledgeable. A lot more of the decking needed to be replaced than we initially thought. Louis showed my husband all the damage before replacing, so we didn't have any concerns. The gutter crew was also very good-worked hard, knew what they were doing, and respectful of our property (as were the roofers). Both the roof and gutters look great! It was expensive, but considering the amount of roof damage it was expected. We can already tell a difference in the house. It seems more solid, and is definitely quieter. More heat will probably stay in the house this winter too!
