I cannot say enough good things about Austin’s Plumbing! I’ve worked with them several times, and every single experience has been exceptional. They are honest, fair, reasonably priced, and genuinely some of the nicest people you will ever meet. At this point, they feel more like family than a plumbing company! Most recently, they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on a waterline replacement when I was facing an incredibly expensive situation. They didn’t just come in and do a job. They looked out for me, and that means more than they probably realize. It’s rare these days to find people who combine great work with genuine kindness and integrity, but Austin’s Plumbing does exactly that. I trust them completely, and I wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else for my plumbing needs. Good people. Honest work. Fair prices. That’s Austin’s Plumbing. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The vent pipe going to the roof had become clogged, and was causing my kitchen to stop draining properly. I called Austin’s Plumbing one afternoon and by around Noon the following day Chris arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, climbed onto the roof and inserted the tool down the vent pipe while I continually ran water into the sink. With the sink not draining properly, water had already filled the sink to half full before Chris had inserted the tool down the vent. It was just a few minutes when all of a sudden there was a whooshing and the water quickly drained from the sink after the blockage had been cleared. It was handled very quickly and efficiently. Chris was nice and polite … a true gentleman and knew what he was doing.

My experience with Austin was very pleasant and professional he plays me with all the work that he did. He did a nice neat professional job. I would highly recommend him in his company. They also came out on a Saturday and unstopped the drain for me and his son Austin did a very good job for me. I have Jimmy Rogers and son flooring and cabinets and he does work for us on their cabinet jobs and flooring jobs and our customers have all liked him very much and been pleased with his work. So ask Austin out for an estimate and you'll find that he is a great person to work with and I hope that you appreciate how hard they work and try to please you

Had a great experience. Had them come out to fix a broken tub down spout. Got in there and noticed the diverter valve was pretty old and the CPVC fittings that were feeding it were all brittle and the one he needed to remove just kept snapping. Casey got it fixed pretty quick and he even took the time to properly clean up after himself. Cant say the same for the last plumbers we had out. They fit me in last minute on a Friday. The downspout repair where it broke behind the wall service call fee, parts, and labor was going to be $325. The whole rough in repair with new shower fittings and the downspout repair and replacing a good chunk of the CPVC with PEX came out to $700. I have some other projected that need to be completed and I will be giving them a call when ready.
