  It was a wonderful experience working with this group of people. So knowledgeable and professional. Removed my old parquet flooring in den and old vinyl 9" square tiles in my kitchen. Been there since 1989. We replaced with LVP and LVT. They are absolutely beautiful. It is like I have a new house. Thank you guys for the great job you did.

  Wonderful people and accommodating. Lovely store! They can get you what you need even if it's not something they cover. Give them a chance if you're looking for someone in this field.

  Appalachian Flooring is nothing short of great! I needed about 2,500 square feet of carpet replaced, so I went to their store to talk to someone about options. I was immediately greeted by Penny who was super friendly. She helped me match up carpet to some paint color samples I brought in. I then met with Mike and provided him with some dimensions I took and he was able to get a couple of installers (Mike and Jonathan) out to start the next day. Those guys were great, as well! Additional measurements were needed, so Mike came out and measured up the place, which kept the job moving along to completion. Throughout the entire process, I had the opportunity to meet/talk to several of the folks at Appalachian Flooring, including the owner, Logan. Each of them was wonderful. I will definitely reach out to Appalachian Flooring for all of my future flooring needs.
