- NRNeal RikalMay 18, 20262.0Ordered 65 4x4 10’ #1 pine to begin decking my 32’ ft bridge. Was originally told 2+ weeks for delivery. Rep came back and let me know they could get it delivered by the end of the week, likely Friday after they have a chance to inspect it on Thursday. Rep stated he would call me on Thursday to let me know it was all good. Never heard from Rep on Thursday. I called probably around 4:30 on Friday to get an update but this is after hours and they are closed all weekend. I emailed my rep on Saturday to request an update. Rep called Monday morning and apologized stating they had delivered my order to the wrong worksite and were working to have it picked up and would likely be able to drop off this afternoon. Rep stated he would call to firm up after connecting with the delivery crew. Rep never followed up with me and the lumber was delivered while I was on a client call. Lumber was dropped at the end of the driveway which restricts ingress & egress. Drop failure is on me since I didn’t lock that down with the rep, I planned to give that detail on the return call that never happened. Will be using another supplier for the next load and future following home expansion. Called the rep to deliver feedback and response was an apology but no solution. Feedback: 1. If you say you will call back, do it. 2. Collect delivery instructions/ comments when you collect money.
