I can’t say enough good things about Jessica. She has decades of experience. She is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. It took me a long time to land on what I wanted to do for the flooring in this room as there is the added twist of my cat who had commandeered it for her own untoward purposes. Jessica was helpful in answering all of my questions during my decision process. And, the installers were meticulous in prepping/replacing part of the subfloor and installing the new flooring. They worked tirelessly and were perfect professionals. I highly recommend Floorz to everyone. I will most definitely use them again when I move on to replacing the flooring in other areas of my home!
