  We recently completed a master bathroom renovation with the Fears Construction team and couldn't be happier with the process and end result! My wife and I have been discussing the renovation for years but always got overwhelmed trying to visualize design layout options and material selections....fortunately we reached out to Fears Construction! Adam, Bre and Haleigh met at our house and we discussed some general thoughts we had in mind. Within a week we received several visual concepts on potential layouts as well as recommended material selections (tile, plumbing hardware, mirrors, vanity's/tops...) The Fears team was very responsive as we tweaked these options and finalized our plans. The project started on time and completed ahead of schedule. Haleigh and Chance were onsite daily coordinating the activities of all contractors with daily communication with us on what to expect the next day. Every person who worked on our project showed up according to schedule and were professional and courteous. I recommend this team for anyone looking for a stress free upgrade to your home. We are already discussing future projects for Fears Construction to assist us with!

  I have had the pleasure of working on projects with Fears Construction, and their work is absolutely phenomenal! You can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail in their work. The bathrooms in particular are a highlight of the homes they've worked on. I'd recommend anyone wanting remodeling done to give them a call!

  Working with Fears Construction was an incredible experience. While the Fears are our friends, that’s not the only reason we chose them—we also knew firsthand that their standards for quality are extremely high. They completely redid our primary bathroom, and the process was seamless from start to finish. We shared a few inspiration ideas with Bre Fears, and with her design knowledge she brought over samples she thought we’d love—and she absolutely nailed my vision. The decision process was so easy and took very little time because she immediately understood the look and feel we were going for. One thing that also stood out was their team. Everyone who worked in our home was so helpful, respectful, and kind throughout the entire project, which made the experience that much better. We chose not to see any of the progress during construction and waited until the project was fully complete to see the final result. We trusted them completely, and it was well worth the wait. When we finally saw the finished space, we were blown away. Our bathroom is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We’re so grateful for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and design expertise.

  I am disappointed that I was a part of a bad experience with Fears, especially after reading all the good reviews. The project started off as a 3 month timeline and ended officially almost two years after starting. I've had damaged property, no communication at times with the project manager or owner, some of the work is going to have to be re-done due to the quality. I would go out of my way to deter people from Fears because of my experience.
