- KRkevin rogers3 days ago2.0I sent email about my inspection today the technician did not check the bottom of my windows I was sitting in den watching out of window he only looked up not down at bottom I confronted him he said he did but I was watching and he did not I have a clear view. I had the same problem last year the girl was rude y’all sent someone out to reinspect I think the girl got fired. Several years ago I discovered termites at the bottom of window it hadn’t been long since it was inspected. You need to train your inspectors better I pay a lot of money for your service and would like a break on cost

What stood out to me most was that Jill, the owner, came out and personally handled the service. I appreciate her hands-on involvement so she can stay up to speed with what her customers' real needs are and experience challenges her team may face. I also noticed a big difference in how they treated the problem. They didn't just spray the visible wasp nests. They thoroughly treated those areas and then saturated the eaves & foundation around the entire perimeter of my house, including the second story. I had called five different pest control companies, and Dart Services completely blew the others away—not only with their level of service, but also with their pricing across all their services, including their termite contract. Most importantly, the treatment worked. I'm so glad I can finally go outside and water my plants again without having to constantly look over my shoulder! So very impressed with Jill & her team and happy to support a fourth-generation, locally operated small business. I would highly recommend them.
