Worst service possible. My system was making some strange noise when turned on. It sounded like it was struggling to stay on. To the point where I thought the unit was going to explode. I contacted my house warranty and this is the Company they sent. First, the technician arrive at 4:20. I explained what I was experiencing with the upstairs unit, I have 2, one upstairs and one downstairs. He stated it would be $65 for the call, cash or card. He stated there would be additional charges to use the card, I told him that was fine, however, when the charge went through, it only charged the $65. I found it strange, but I didn't say anything. I then showed him where both thermostats and the units were located. He came back approximately 15 minutes later asking me if I was certain that the noise was coming from the upstairs unit, I told him yes and I noticed he never turned on the downstairs unit. Another "strange" moment. He said he could not find anything wrong and didn't know why the system would make the noise. He then went outside to check the condenser unit. He came back a few minutes later and informed me that the unit was very dirty and needed to have an acid wash, strange becausethe unit had been cleaned, less than a year ago. He said that he needed to do a test but was not able unless the unit was cleaned. He then said it would be $160.00, but if I gave the company a 5.0 star, it would be $150.00. Im not the smarter tool in the tool shed, but the BS flag had been flying since he walked in. I told him I would get another company to clean the unit. That night I turned on the system again, and the same issues with the noise, i turned the system off. At 6:48 am, the next morning, I sent them a text stating that I had turned the system on and the issue continued. No one contacted me, at 5:27 pm i sent a request for some to contact me, no one did. I then contacted the home warranty and informed them what transpired. When they looked at the notes, this company apperantly stated that they would look at it once the condenser unit was cleaned. I contacted a company that came the same day. When this technician came, I told him that the previous technician stated, I needed an acid wash on the condenser unit before they can conduct a test to see what was wrong with the AC, because it keeps making noises when on. The technician looked at me strangely, but didn't say anything. After about 30 minutes, he came and walked me to the condenser unit. He showed me that the fan for the upstairs unit was not working, he said you don't need a test for that. He also showed me that the unit did not need acid cleaning because it did not have heavy deposits, it needed to be vacuumed and sprayed washed with water. He then took me to the AC unit and while we were standing there, he showed me how hot the unit was, which should not happen. Also, the noise I heard, he also heard, the unit was turning on and off. While it was turning itself back on, it was struggling and that was the noise I kept hearing. He said, you don't need a test for that. He then went outside to make a call. He came back and told me that he spoke to his supervisor and he was going to fix it. It took him 20 minutes to fix it. I wrote this in such details to ensure the company can hear my side of the story. If they would have reached back to me, I am confident this would have been resolved. I am sure the technician sent by this company didn't have the experience needed to assess the issues. He was respectful and professional, but a more experienced technician would have been able to troubleshoot, more effectively. I am not rating this company as a whole, I am only rating my experience with this company. I believe that management needs to provide more oversight and ensure customers requests to be connected, should be granted.

The part took way too long to come back but that is not the fault of the company. I would have like to have seen more updates on an eta of when to expect the part to come back in. Technician did a good job of installing the part and taking care of the problem.

While installing a refrigerator into our residence the service technician gouged the front of the appliance. Although he apologized to my wife for the damage, the business has yet to make any contact on fixing this damage. I called and spoke with "Lacy" regarding this and received a very negative attitude and apathy for the damage. I am told I will be waiting for the owner, Corey Lemons to return my call in a few days. Posted after response from owner: The damage did not occur prior to your technician's arrival to our home. I personally reviewed the appliance upon delivery and noted the brand, which is right below the damage. This would not have escaped my attention. The delivery team did what obviously your team did not - measured the doorway before attempting to place the item into the residence. My wife was notified of the damage after the refrigerator was put into the kitchen, after YOUR EMPLOYEES DAMAGED IT! If not for your employees, this post would never have been made. You have a dishonest employee attempting to evade responsibility for a small mistake and LYING about it. You also have a call taker whose attitude made me believe that nothing would be done to resolve this. I called days ago and wanted to discuss this but received no response and felt that a public forum would at least raise attention to others of the risks of using your business.
