  Jacob was the service tech who came to fix a part in our fridge freezer and he was great. He has great customer service and I highly recommend him.

  The technician got my unit up and running, it was not the capacitor but one of the metal ends was burned or frayed. It was replaced. He checked the pressure and stated that it was good. The cores were not bad but they charge to clean the cores. 🙁 Overall great service.

  Subcooling was very good…Technician was very professional and found the problem fast…I also appreciate the fact that he called me back a couple of hours later to make sure that my repaired unit was cooling…!

  Very professional & did not waste any time putting it in as I had to go to work when they finished. I had a microwave replacement.

  I received a text saying my appointment would be between 8 and 4….later I received an email saying it would at 9:00am. I left work and went home waited til a little after 9:30 then called and was told it would be in the later part of the day. I tell the lady that the email said 9am. She tells me well we texted you 8-4 and I told her yes but i received an email afterwards saying 9am. She tells me the email is wrong and I’m like so why send an email afterwards with an actual time because that’s then what I expected that’s why I left work. I ask for a supervisor and she says she is supervisor(very bogus) instead of apologizing and saying sorry for them sending an incorrect email she blames me and says I should have went by the text message and not the email and that right there and her tone was very rude but hey I understand what actually played a factor in that. So then a guy gets on the line and says he’s the “supervisor “ and is as equally rude as her….you can tell this is a very unprofessional business. Point blank period they sent a text saying 8-4 but then sent an email saying 9am and instead of being professional they were defensive and unprofessional. I called ahs and asked for a new company because that was just beyond ridiculous and in fact neither one of them were probably supervisors acting like that….classic company that feels they do no wrong even when shown but hey this is the world we live in where certain people are treated with respect and others aren’t and yes I will call out any and every type of disrespect….
