  My washer was shaking so badly, it sounded as if it was trying to come out of the laundry room. The technician arrived on time and fixed the problem. Now my washer is balanced and quiet during the spin cycle.

  William Locke showed up, replaced the compressor and found out that the circuit board was bad. Went back to the shop and found a comparable circuit board, came back to install it, plugged the power cord in and "Away We Go!!!" He told me to give the unit anywhere between 24 -48 hours to be sure everything is performing right!!! So Yes, We're pleased as we can be!!! Thank You Guys for being prompt and Taking Care of Business!!! The only additional thing I had to do was to Reset the Thermostat on Both the Refrigerator & Freezer sides of the unit!!!
