- JSJack SandersMay 28, 20221.0Tech showed up just looked at the unit without testing anything said he knew what the problem was...ok fine so I agreed to his price quote and asked him to go ahead get the part and fix it. So he says I'll contact you mid day tomorrow...no word so my wife calls to check not only did he not say whether or not he ordered it or when it would be here or if he can get it at all he talks to my wife very very unprofessional like so next day I find part online it's here by Friday and saved myself 200 in process by the way he or anyone never called us back with a follow up if they had gotten the part or not all the know we are still sitting here without a/c. I wouldn't have gave them the one star if I had a choice. Very unprofessional very disappointing the tech needs a lesson in manners and common courtesy. I have health problems along with COPD and need my a/c during this time of year but hey no worries C and E I fixed it myself thanks 😑
