The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The finished floors look amazing and have completely transformed our home. We have already received several compliments from friends and family. What impressed us most was the customer service. Caden made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and followed up to ensure we were happy with the final result.   We recently had new carpet installed through Johnson and Sons Flooring, and the entire experience was excellent. Caden was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home while staying within our budget. His knowledge of the different carpet styles, warranties, and durability options made the decision much easier. The installation crew did an amazing job. They were efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything clean when they finished. The carpet looks incredible, feels so soft underfoot, and has completely changed the look and comfort of our rooms. Great prices, outstanding customer service, and top-notch installation.   Sam is terrific and very responsive. That being said, the first installer that came out didn't speak English and spent half the time on the phone. The second installer was Daniel. He and his family were fantastic, quick, and thorough. Be sure to ask for him if you're going to use Johnson and Sons.
