- BBBearJun 12, 20264.0Sam is terrific and very responsive. That being said, the first installer that came out didn't speak English and spent half the time on the phone. The second installer was Daniel. He and his family were fantastic, quick, and thorough. Be sure to ask for him if you're going to use Johnson and Sons.
- KJKj JohnsonOct 15, 20255.0Sam and Colby did an excellent Job for me. I definitely recommend Johnson and Sons for any flooring work!
- RPRobert PrazakMar 17, 20255.0Excellent experience with Colby at Johnson and Sons. He helped us narrow our choices and work to meeting our budget. Installation by Sergio and Juan went smoothly. Very happy with overall experience and would use them again.
- DPDarin PlottsDec 25, 20245.0We used the Johnson & Sons Flooring in Alcoa. They were great to work with - and the installers did a great job. Colby is who worked with us at the store. He was involved the whole time, from helping us choose our flooring to following up after the install to make sure all was done correctly and we were pleased. Will definitely use this store again!
- MWMarc WhitmireSep 19, 20235.0We are building a new house, and thus under a lot of stress with everything that’s going on. Thankfully our dealings with Johnson and Sons have all been smooth as silk! They had a great selection, great prices, and were very responsive and easy to work with. They handled our carpet and hardwood from purchase to installation. Installers did a great job as well! We worked with both Colby and Kameron and both gentlemen were very professional and helpful in all regards. Very happy with the results and will use them again when the time comes.
