  I cannot say enough good about them Last winter we found water dripping out of our furnace. We'd installed it new when we moved here but the company that we bought it from was no longer in business. The person who came told me it was the heat exchanger(?)that was cracked. I was going to check for warranty and he said it wouldn't be worth it because the labor wouldn't be covered and it would be really expensive to repair. I checked around a bit and called Active randomly. They came they got the warranty covered and all it cost us for a NEW furnace was a few hundred dollars. Including installation. Also Since my AC was installed 10 years ago it's never been able to keep up on really hot days. They found the problem and fixed it. Abouy$800. Most of all I appreciate their communication. They kept me updated and communicated exactly what was needed and their estimates were almost exact. Nice people to deal with and awesome service.

  Always great and accommodating! Never use anyone else and the techs are always friendly and do what they can to make sure the problem is solved before they leave. Not the first time we have used them and won't be the last.

  Needed a new blower motor for our furnace and thermostat, they were here promptly and got it fixed with in a hour and half. Super friendly and nice guys

  We got to our lake house on a Friday night to find the air conditioner not running and the house 90+ degrees. Active Heating was easy to get ahold of, quickly arrived, and fixed our issue promptly. Exceptional service and communication!
