  Lous plumbing did a great job helping me set up my sink for my nutrition business. The team was very accommodating, flexible, and offered multiple options for what was being asked for. Cody made sure I was informed every step of the way, that i fully understood what was going to happen, and provided the upfront cost for each option. I would recommend them for your projects.

  We had a great experience with this plumbing company! They were quick, efficient, and took the time to explain what was going on so we understood the issue and what needed to be done. They also worked seamlessly with our home warranty company, which made the entire process much easier. We especially appreciated that they took the least intrusive approach to locating the leak, minimizing unnecessary damage to our home. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Professional, knowledgeable, and considerate—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

  I was having issues with my cold water in my upstairs bathroom and it took a few visits to find the culprit but they were attentive to the issue and made sure the job was done correctly. The gentleman who was coming out to do the work was very professional and personable. I can't stress enough how affordable Lou's is. I highly recommend them!

  This company's price point landed much higher than any of their competitors. I did pursue estimates from multiple companies and I assumed that this one would be a similar price. Inevitably I chose this company based on a trusted friend's referral which I never should have done without first reviewing online reviews and receiving an approximate project cost. Some parts of the job were done incorrectly or at a subpar standard to which the owner did offer to redo at their cost however for my wife and I to take another day off to accomplish this redo would have added challenges to our work schedules as well as additional costs related to a loss of time. The items that needed to be redone were done by a competitor at a very reasonable rate. My review is based on the experience that I personally had with this company, it is not meant to discredit them and I hope that it is as much of a learning opportunity for them as it was for me.

  They had very poor communication and cancelled our initial appointment because they assumed we were no longer interested in services. Be a professional and call to confirm the appointment instead of not showing up and not communicating that. We had to reach out to learn our appointment was cancelled without our consent or knowledge. We then had to reschedule for a week later. The guy who showed up was nice and did good work but he didn't do everything we asked to get fixed because he said his manager didn't communicate to him what the assignment was. Therefore he wasn't prepared with the items to fix our toilet. He only fixed the sink and not the toilet. Then he didn't charge his tablet so we couldn't pay. We had to wait 48~ hours to get our bill and had to hassle them to receive it. They said we'd get a quote for the toilet but never gave it after being reminded. Just super unprofessional all around except for the sink that was installed. Very disappointed and now we probably need to find a new company to work with. Also your Inuit review didn't allow me to submit this feedback so I'm sharing it here.
