Talked with Caleb here for a good bit about a new build to see what is a realistic price point on a barndominium style home. At first he was pretty responsive and got back to us. He then promised a quote and rough plans back to us with a date and we never heard from him. I followed up again asking if we will hear back and he said yes by tonight or tomorrow. Never heard from him again and then we gave one last chance and still never received anything. I understand things get busy, but overpromising and not delivering at all several times communicates to a potential buyer that is probably what you’re going to get during the build process. I would be nervous to even consider working with these guys if they can’t even communicate before the sale knowing had bad it could be after we signed something.

We're in the middle of our build, but so happy, so far. Great communication from Kyle(our sales and building representative) he's been very patient with us new to building. Very knowledgeable, kind and a huge help. Recommend him with your next build 💯 %

Lost 48 ft of my 80 x 40 shed in the derocha in May of 2022. Casey was at my shed and reviewed my needs. When the insurance company finally came an agreed price, Casey worked with me to get it within a reasonable cost. Once finished, I wanted to finish the back 48 feet that hadn't gotten a finished floor. Casey and his concrete team did a great job working in the late cold fall/winter. Great team, quality products and excellent construction. Building is square and true.

We had a great experience working with Casey and his crew to replace our building damaged in the dirachio storm. We made several changes along the way and their advice was very helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.
