- NPNicole PetersonApr 13, 20265.0I can’t say enough wonderful things about James roofing and the owner himself! We were in the process of selling our house and our roof needed to be replaced. We tried to negotiate with the buyers but they backed out. We then decided to replace the roof ourselves, however did not have the finances available until we sold our house. James roofing without knowing how long it would take to sell, offered to replace the entire roof and wait until closing to get paid! It all worked out! The first nice day (this was early March in SD!!) his crew was at my house before I left for work and gone before I got home and I’m telling you, my drive way and lawn was not only picked up, it was better than before they came! James roofing is amazing and very easy to work with and promptly responded to any message! Thank you!!
