I paid for a new system 4 years ago from Frisbees. It stopped cooling in less than that, I called them of course to come check it out. The technician came in with one tool and apparently found that the coil was busted and leaking. Said I need to replace it, it's under warranty but it will still cost more than a thousand for them to replace and more travel. He told me how expensive his company is, how busy they are, that they don't need out of town business and thats why they charge so much for it. Gave me a name and number of a guy who used to work for them. I had another company come out, the system wouldn't take coolant. The technician found that a part was installed incorrectly, he found trash that the original installers left in the unit as well. He replaced the unit cleared the line and the system works just fine. I got a bill for over $300 from Frisbees, so I called to talk to the service manager. For the second time, my first call wasn't returned. I understand now why, think I divulged too much information about wanting a discount for having a problem this early on. I recieved a call back this time, he stood by his technician. Said that the other company was giving me B.S and that the system will probably fail. Also that the technician was only trying to help me out and that technically they didn't charge me for as much as they should. So my bill for a guy not doing anything on a faulty system they installed in the first place, should have been more? What is real interesting is the bill doesn't even show a break down of the charges. I guess I am also paying for gaslight as well.

Once again the Frisbee team came to my rescue and met all my requests.
Sent out a tech and was told my Plumbing was not up to code. I really think he thought my basement water was being pumped outside. He said he could loose his License and he wasnt going to touch it. I called your competitor and they had it fixed in 1 hour. I would not recommend or use your company again.

Frisbee’s staff (in particular, Clay and Cory) provided excellent service in replacing our furnace and air conditioning unit recently. They were very professional, answered all of our questions, and seemed to have done a quality job. We really appreciate it!
I always have speedy answered calls and prompt help from Frisbee’s whenever I’ve had plumbing needs. Recently I spent hours researching shower heads and kitchen sinks online before stopping in and I’m so glad I did. Megan helped me find exactly what I needed in about 30 minutes—and for nearly half the price I was seeing online. Super helpful service and a huge time saver. Highly recommend!
