  Our A/C stopped working at the height of this summer's heat wave and a friend of mine who works in the commercial HVAC realm recommended I contact Brad Madsen and his company, Complete HVAC. After an initial same-day service call revealed the system was leaking, we decided we'd be money ahead to replace our entire 25 year-old HVAC. Dan and Landon arrived in less than two weeks and completed the removal of our old stuff, and the installation of all new Lennox equipment. These young men were fabulous to work with and I was impressed with not only their level of knowledge and skills, but also their delivery of great customer service. Our experience with Complete HVAC was great for us in literally every way -- the service, the lead time, the cost, the warranty, and most of all the high quality of everyone we interacted with including the estimator Cory, the scheduler Tasha, and the techs Dan and Landon! And oh yeah, we have an awesome system that works much better than the old one, and will cost us less to operate too. If you like top-notch service and great value for your hard-earned money, you can't go wrong with these folks!

  Excellent customer service. Josiah was extremely helpful in providing options and quotes based on our cooling and heating needs. The quality of work was outstanding. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right.

  This company knows how to treat its customers. They sent Cory out same day (within 3 hours) for an estimate on an AC system upgrade. I had mentioned to him what was going on with my current 1990’s system and he said it would cost me less $100 to fix it myself if I’m capable. He went above and beyond. He called the local supply store (Dennis Supply) and told them I might be coming in to buy 2 parts. Got my parts for $37. I had tech come out from another local company and they said it would be $5K to repair it. I was thrilled Cory was so upfront and honest about a repair.

  My water heater stop heating the Friday morning of the recent Independence holiday weekend. Jumping into a lake to cleanup while camping when I was younger was tolerable, as a senior cold water showers not so much. I called Haycamp Mechanical early Monday morning and spoke with the owner Tony, he checked scheduling an stated he would have someone there Wednesday morning to change it out for me. The reason I called Haycamp Mechaical is that they had replaced my 39 year old AC & Furnace last October, as well as replacing the ductwork in my house with rigid ducting. All of this work was accomplished in an approximately three foot tall crawl space. The crew that was on site for the duration of that project, were some of the most professional tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and that includes the 27 years I spent at the hospital doing similar work. Jason is a consummate pro and kept me informed throughout the process and left the job site in pristine condition. Five stars out of five, I highly recommend them for any of your mechanical needs.

  End of a long work week only to find out the central air unit wants to take a vacation! We called Complete HVAC's after hours service. From the call to a tech's arrival was within the hour. Justin is very good at his job! Highly recommend them to everyone.
