  The service technician “Will” from Central Electrical Services, was a gentleman, very knowledgeable about the work that he was doing. Understood the importance of it, and maintained great customer relations and communication.

  Nathan and Pablo arrived at the designated time to install our Genrac. They actually had to work in the rain for a short while but didn’t let that slow them down. Both very professional and knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed or pleased.

  From original installation to continuing maintenance service, CES is superb because of professionalism in the scheduling staff and the level of knowledge and efficiency in the technicians (Will Schmidt for me). For our annual GENERAC service visit, I can rely on a very clean job and comprehensive check. Always ready to go when the commercial power is not!

  Had CES install a 22kw generator at my house over a year ago. Then had them install the same model at my oldest son's house about a month ago. (Have to take care of the grandkids, you know.) Misty, Chris, Parker, Kimberly, Dave, William, Will, Pablo, and everyone else I failed to mention have been absolutely terrific to work with. Courteous, professional -- just a fantastic group of people. What else can I say.

  Nathan and Pablo arrived at the specified time to install the generator. Nathan explained in detail what he was going to be doing and got right to work. He checked in with me from time to time to update me on how things were going and what to expect next. Both Nathan and Pablo were courteous and worked diligently on the installation. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend them.
