(Sincere apologies- they introduced themselves but I do not recall their names). As an aside, it was a miserably hot day and they did not miss a beat. We are happy to have engaged a local business- it is always a preference when we seek contractors in our home.
- SSSteve SinnottJun 29, 20262.0I’m not sure what happened on this visit because our previous experience essential has been outstanding. Our generator experienced a failure, which, according to the technician was because Generac did a software update that didn’t work correctly. In any event, a technician had to be sent out to basically reboot the system. In doing so he did a full power shut down to the house. We thought everything was OK, but in a short time, we Saw that one of the two control panels For our security system had been knocked off-line and the main control for A portion of our own sound system has either been blown out or somehow disabled. We won’t know until we have our AV guy show up to get to the source of the Problem. I don’t think this is an issue that will change my positive opinion of central, I think it’s more of A learning challenge for a Young, a new technician
