  Ace has been our Church backbone for plumbing and HVAC service, Techs are very friendly and professional, also their C/S has been very helpful with scheduling their services.

  We have had Ace service all our systems in the past for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC . So when our AC went out and it was time to actually replace it, it was no surprise they were great to work with and quickly got our new units installed so we weren’t dealing with unbearable heat with outdoor temps rising above 90 degrees during the day. Great customer service by our technicians, Jonivan, Noah, and Blake, and Treena in the office. Thank you.

  Update 7/29/26 - after the review, they contacted my husband and came to take care of what they left behind which it should have done in the first place. Thank you for caring and taking responsibility. We had water leak in our front yard. My husband called Ace, they came quickly and on time. 4 young men worked and fixed the problem at the cost of $2500. We didn’t have time to check the price and got the quotes. If we wanted to have water that day we had to pay. At first it was $3000 and then reduced to $2500. In my opinion, it could be lower if we had a chance to check around. They fixed the water problem but they didn’t put out grass back nicely which we understood that they didn’t know well to do that. We will have to spend more money to fix and level the ground. They left our 1 water hose unhooked and left another one on. Water had been on and dripping this whole time until I saw it this morning. 2 stars because of how they left their job and I think they over charged and take advantage of our situation. It was a hard work fixing it but $2500 seems over priced. The rate may be right but we will never know. I was not going to write this review but discovering that water was left turning on since the day they worked was disturbing.
