  Thanks so much to Frederick Eli Cathcart for the fine and humble service we received. He worked so diligently to get the job done. I'm so glad that we chose to use Mister Sparky. The receptionist was also very professional and pleasant in setting up the appointment. I want to say Thanks to all who make it happen.

  I’m new to Columbia and need to have some breakers replaced along with some exterior electrical issues I wanted addressed. I called Mr Sparky and I’m so glad I did. They sent Corey out who has over 8 years experience. He immediately tested and confirmed what my issues were and was quick to offer a solution. Their pricing is straightforward and fair. Corey did not try to up sell me but was quick to point out things I may want to consider going forward like a whole house surge protector. Mr Sparky and Corey will be my go to for all electrical needs going forward. A true 5 star experience from beginning to end.

  Tried to upsell me at every opportunity and was extremely expensive for a fairly simple job. Edit: My house isn't even 100 ft wide, I was already providing the GFCI outllets and every other component to do the job so no material but wire was required. It costs extra to meet code? That's news to me, kinda like trying to upsell me on whole home surge protection in a stable grid area. $4500 for a single part of this job was highway robbery, to the point I didn't even want to hear what it would cost for the rest and coming on here to gaslight me about it just dropped the review to one star. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Billy Vacharasin from Mister Sparky was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the repairs as he worked, making sure I understood what was being done. He also took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected the issue, and investigated everything before completing the repair.   Chris was on the job as soon as he came in. He assessed the situation quickly. He was to sell me 7 smoke detectors and 2 Carbon Monoxide alarms. I didn’t get the bill yet to check it. It was to be E-mailed. I’m not sure if he charged me incorrectly on my 2 Carbon Monoxide Alarms. I already had them and said they were still good until 2030. He replaced them with new batteries. He found an old Alarm that was making the noise. He was very nice and kind to my husband to include him in the evaluation and his benefit as a Veteran. Thanks
