  This neighborhood is the worst. Builders don’t care about quality, owners don’t maintain their properties, trash all over the neighborhood, people riding 4wheelers at night on the walking path, tiny driveways with cars lined up and down the roads and HOA does nothing. Pool area is a joke and bathrooms are never clean. Many lots that have swamps for a yard with little to no drainage. Dalton will just give you the run around and does nothing. Kevin will at least tell you the truth and his honest opinion but at the end of the day will do nothing because of the higher ups within Stanley. This company needs to step up and correct issues immediately. Stanley has made no attempt to contact us regarding two issues that are completely a Stanley mistake. Mind you fixing both would probably take roughly 20 mins from start to finish. What a shame…

  One year since move in. Roof leak, cracked front driveway, cracked rear patio (warranty replaced). Crack and leak on side foundation. I suspected it was a drain pan leak but was told by foreman that water seeping out was normal?? Pushed warranty to investigate. Found no leak. Fast forward 5 months. Had plastic shower insert removed and replaced with tile to find standing water along with food wrappers and chicken bones under the shower drain pan. Drywall seams noticeable throughout both walls and ceilings. Poor HVAC insulation with air escaping that I am having repaired myself. I could list several more issues. Job sites are littered garbage is everywhere. Workers are not supervised and drink beer all day and litter food trash. Third World. The community pool has outsiders swimming all day everyday and are not part of the HOA. Finally, many fake reviews. Do your research. Only positive is that the gentleman from warranty was extremely friendly and was responsive.
