- CMC M5 days ago1.0This neighborhood is the worst. Builders don’t care about quality, owners don’t maintain their properties, trash all over the neighborhood, people riding 4wheelers at night on the walking path, tiny driveways with cars lined up and down the roads and HOA does nothing. Pool area is a joke and bathrooms are never clean. Many lots that have swamps for a yard with little to no drainage. Dalton will just give you the run around and does nothing. Kevin will at least tell you the truth and his honest opinion but at the end of the day will do nothing because of the higher ups within Stanley. This company needs to step up and correct issues immediately. Stanley has made no attempt to contact us regarding two issues that are completely a Stanley mistake. Mind you fixing both would probably take roughly 20 mins from start to finish. What a shame…

Literally, you can’t help but love her . She is so welcoming and very knowledgeable in her work. She’s very hands on and dedicated in the process of helping my family find our home . 10/10 recommend you will not regret it .
