  Tony Blackwell was our service representative and he provided a quick and honest assessment our our homes AC units that the day before were told they should be replaced. Two options were given to us by a representative from another HVAC company and both would result in a significant cost with the replacement of both outside units and inside condensers being the highest recommendation. Viper came at my request for a second opinion and the result was a recommendation to replace one of the outside condensers because it did show low (Not Both condensers as I was told). He did recommend going back with the original equipment as it is good; however, this could wait a year or two. If and when I do replace these units, I will not be using anyone but Viper.

  Great service even when issues arise. The hood was delivered damaged and had to be sent back. They worked through the issues and got the job done. Shout out to Avery and Javier! I will go back!

  I Judith Mitchell just had my ac unit go out was recommended by mason to call Viper. A technician by the name of Axel came to my house. He was on time very respectful kind. Put his feet protection on before walking through the house. He took his time and explained to me it was just my breaker was shut off. Didn’t make me fell stupid for that. He reassured me if it’s anything else to call. Gave me an estimate on a couple things if something else was to go wrong. Left with a smile and said. Don’t hesitate to call if anything changes. I’m am extremely pleased with the overall service and kindness. I will continue my services with y’all and will recommend ur company to anyone that needs help. Thank you again

  We had a great experience with Viper Services. Sinclair and Rob came out to quote several projects, including reconnecting our dishwasher, and returned a couple of weeks later to complete the work. They were patient, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions, along with a few from my kids while Rob installed a ceiling fan. When Rob had to leave, Sinclair stayed until everything was finished, well after 5 p.m. At the end of the day, he discovered that our dishwasher was actually dead. He could have left since the quoted work was technically complete, but he understood how important a working dishwasher was to our family. He gave us a couple of days to purchase a new one and came back himself to install it. That level of care says a lot about the company and the people they hire. We will definitely use Viper Services again.

  Viper Services is absolutely amazing! I called about 5 different local electrician companies and Viper Services was the ONLY company where I got to speak to an actual person when I called!!! They were so quick to come out and their technician, Robert Donald, was ABSOLUTELY fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and so professional! They are the only company I will work with for anything electrical in my home!!! 10 stars!!
