  After our AC stopped working, I contacted four different companies, and this was the only one that was able to schedule us so quickly. Our technician, Shane, was excellent. He contacted me in advance to let me know what time he would arrive, and then called again when he was on his way. Once he arrived, he carefully inspected the entire system and took the time to explain everything to both my husband and me in a way that was easy to understand. He was very polite, professional, and friendly, and most importantly, he got our AC working again. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company, and Shane did a fantastic job!

  Just amazing, I let my annual lapse in March, got a call from renters on 7/3 the "house wasn't cooling right." Mind you, it was the hottest week of the year, and busiest weekend of the year. CC had someone there within 3-4 hours - and 30 minutes before the window they gave me. Chris communicated with me, before troubleshooting, updated me afterward, discussed w/ me what/how to inform the clients of the issue. And called me again after the conversation. I couldn't be happier with the service - and HAPPY, seriously happy, to pay the appointment fee! Chris was gracious, informative, educative, and customer friendly - to me, and my customers.

  I had technician named Brandon Lee take care of my issue. My problem was that I was getting drain AC water into the outside wall of my bathroom. The water was coming in where the wall and floor come together. What I had assumed was the AC drain that was clogged was actually the drain from the AC overflow pan. I had no idea where my actual AC drain was. Anyway, we had just recently redid our deck and come to find out the deck people either broke my AC drain line inside my wall or pushed it in into the wall somehow and that's why my bathroom floor was flooding. Mr. Lee was able to detect where my drain line should have come out by crawling in my attic and searching under all that blown insulation. He tried to pull out the drain line from inside my wall but unfortunately was not able to do that and had to install a new drain line. The job in my opinion was huge and being in the attic with those horrible 100+ heat temperatures must have been brutal but....he was very polite, did an outstanding job and was done with the job really fast. Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable, worked hard, was pleasant, overall amazing! Instead of gauging me, he tried to save me money instead of upcharging for stuff I didn't need. This is a company that is definitely worth recommending.

  We are extremely disappointed in Carolina cool unless really the very first phone call. Marie was great. Gave quotes. Was going to call them back. Contacted them back. Got a gentleman named Julian on the phone. Julian was very confused. Had a bad day informed me that he had not had coffee that day. Kept messing things up and could not understand simply what I was requesting. Simple HVAC system maintenance as well as to take a look at our crossover duct. Next person I spoke with was calling and texting on Sunday the day before our scheduled maintenance to reschedule the HVAC service because the emergency services on Sunday bled over to Monday. So we were rescheduled to Wednesday between 12:00 and 6:00 p.m. However, 4:45 p.m. I call them because I have not heard anything thinking they're going to be here at the last minute. They say oh the service was canceled and we were not notified. I would never ever recommend these people to anyone else. We are brand new homeowners and do not appreciate all this run around. We understand things come up but this back and forth is not right.

  Eric, the service person that came to my home to service my unit, was EXCEPTIONAL in all he did. He was in my home for 2 hours and preformed the most thorough and excellent inspection of my unit ever. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. He took pictures of all he did and found and gave recommendations. He showed me a thermostat, that I thought I wanted, but price was out of my range so I declined the thermostat. I was extremely pleased with service provided today on my unit, and sincerely hope this young man Eric will continue to be with your company and service my unit again when service time is needed.
