They were super fast to come out and were actually really friendly. We talked about all the specifics of my tank and they got everything cleared out AND made sure I knew what to do next. Lots of misinformation out there so I was glad they were willing to chat about the work and what I could do to make sure everything runs smoothly for the next several years. This is something not many people deal with often, so it's great to find a knowledgeable person when the time comes around.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Contacted them the day of, for a septic pump request. My call was promptly returned by a very nice Septic Service Technician. I cannot recall his name, but I appreciate him going above and beyond on the service call to ensure the issue was resolved. We've used T & N in the past and I'm glad we reached out again.

In August they did my rental property. They did not come during the time they gave me due to an emergency elsewhere so I had to reschedule there phones were down and I called several times but when I finally got ahold of them we rescheduled and they came on time and communicated the whole time. It turned out to be great. In October they came to my sister's property where im renting and did there septic pumping. They called 10 mins when they were on there way they gave great detail and the service was great. I highly recommend T&N. Rob and Al were great, very professional and personable! I hope Rob and Al in 3 years they come back to my houses to do it again. They also are the best priced around after calling a few companies. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be calling for all the septic needs.
