- LSLauren Stokes5 days ago1.0Our AC unit went out overnight, so we called first thing this morning to set up an appointment for someone to come out since Boykin originally installed the unit. We were told someone would be out today from 1-5 and we would receive a phone call when the technician was on the way. We called back at 4:00pm for an update, only to be told that the appointment was not set up and then we were asked if we could wait until Monday for someone to come out to look at our unit. We have 2 toddlers. It is 100 degrees outside today, and it was already over 80 degrees in our house at 7am. I do not recommend this company, and will not be calling them for any repairs that are needed in the future.
- AAAmed6 days ago1.0Over priced and send someone to diagnose my ac and he blow the breaker and said he will be back to fix it never showed up. E nd up going with different company and paid 200$ for new breaker and they refused to pay for it even though it is their guy who missed it up
