  Real Deal has fabricated and installed stone counter tops for our bathrooms, kitchen and soon our new office. Working with Kiana is always a pleasure. Their installers are very neat and respectful while working in your home. The have a great choice of stones to select from. I highly recommend anyone looking for new stone countertops, this is the company to work with!

  Poor communication. After purchasing the counters from Home Depot the installers never called. After 2 weeks I complained to HD and then Real Deal finally reached out. When the installers arrived they didn't give any warning and I had to disconnect the plumbing on the fly. They accidentally cut a piece of backstop too short and said they'd be back the next morning, no call no show. I had to call the office that afternoon and was told they'd call back that evening to set something up. Didn't hear back for a few days. When they did finally finish I asked them to fix some areas whether the caulk was too thin as well as the the range backsplash which was completely un-caulked. The caulking is still quite uneven with some areas a bit thin and some areas looking like they weren't smoothed out at all. Overall we're happy enough with the final product, but the fit and finish isn't exactly craftsman level work. They did offer to come back a third time, and I refused I don't exactly have faith that they have the skill to make it right. I will say that even though they don't have great communication, everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional even if they weren't exactly apologetic in response to my complaints.

  Our builder never installed our butlers pantry and we needed to find the matching countertop from our kitchen. RDH had it on supply and accommodate with our schedule being out of town at times. They did a great job installing the countertop and was clean, professional, and in and out within 15 minutes. Great job and the fitness perfect!
