  Tre came same day and provided educational service. He took the time to overlook a previous installation that was done poorly. He quickly identified areas that needed to be addressed, explained it well, and got the job done. He took the time at the end to show me readings and update me on before and after so we could see the solution working.

  A/C wasn't coming as well as it used to. We called Oceanview for a checkup. Communication was great and they send informative text updates. Emiliano was our tech. He was very personable and professional. He figured out that we have to replace the coil. That's a bummer but I feel good about him coming back to take care of it. We had a maintenance check last time with another company. The tech just took a look and left. Emiliano was very thorough and informative. What a difference. Thank you

  Michael and Andrew were great in our home! A true pleasure to meet and be around. They were well informed on a/c units and answered my many questions. They gave me a price before working. They took their time with me and did their job efficiently without looking like they were rushing. I, absolutely, recommend their service to anyone else needing maintenance or repairs.   Joey was absolutely amazing! Even though he was my Home Comfort Advisor and not the technician performing the repair, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was fast to respond, professional, honest, and genuinely compassionate throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure my HVAC drain issue was handled quickly and correctly. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping people the way Joey does. His customer service was exceptional, and he made a stressful situation so much easier.   Scam Artists... I called Oceanview based on reviews online. I wanted an annual maintenance done on my unit and to have them take a look at what I thought might be a damper problem. The downstairs wasn't cooling like the upstairs was, so I wanted to verify the dampers were working. When the technician arrived, before talking about any issues, I had a brochure covering service contracts shoved in my face. I asked "what if I didn't want a service contract" he acted like that was dumbest thing he ever heard. Anyway, after looking at the system in the attic and outside. He took alot of pictures. He gave me 3 quotes that ranged from $2500 to $6500. The cheapest one was for replacing 2 damper motor assemblies and a zone board. He said the damper motors I had were a type that made it so you can't just replace the motor. You have to do the whole assembly. And the new Assemblies are too new for my old zone board, so that needed to be replaced as well. By the end of his visit, I had no maintenance done, an insane estimate and a bill for $50 for the visit. Later... looking at picture the technician took, it looked like the motors were just installed with a couple of screws. I went to investigate. Turns out the motors are easily removed and can be found on Amazon for $89 vs the $850 I was quoted. But the worst part is, I didn't need motors at all. About 12 inches from the motor assembly, the duct that feeds the downstairs had been separated. I fixed it with some fresh Duct tape. Oceanview was literally trying to sell me things I didn't need. Be wary of these guys.
