  WOW - these folks are the real deal! Joey got us a solid quote and had the new unit installed quickly and more properly than the old unit they replaced. Their attention to detail and efforts to make the new unit right in our townhome was fantastic! Office staff was v professional and over polite. Cant say enough about Oceanview!!!

  Great service. We had another company that starts with an F (worse service ever). They take their time the biggest thing with us is honesty. The other company never filled our unit up to begin with. The appointment setting process is easy we even joined their monthly plan. Def a great company to use! The techs are always on time and very courteous!

  Michael is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he found, showed photos, and explained the why as well. He is following up with an email to put it all together so my husband and I can have the information and decide what we are doing. We truly appreciate him, his professional and neighborly attitude, we have had nothing but great service from Michael and Oceanview heating and AC. Thank you!

  Rather than updating my review, I chose to rewrite it entirely. Jose reached out promptly to offer apologies since the after-hours team hadn't correctly noted my emergency. What followed was truly remarkable: Bobby arrived within 30 minutes, working diligently on my problem. Both Jose and Bobby displayed extraordinary kindness, treating me with genuine respect and care. My interaction with Bobby was delightful; he showed immense joy in helping, which perfectly matched my relief when the issue was fixed 🤗. I'm compelled to thank Oceanview for their swift and thoughtful service. As I about to post my review, Bobby arrived with a heartwarming birthday and Mother's Day treat. Thank you, Bobby and Jose, for your selflessness and kindness; you've saved a special occasion and proven that true customer service is alive and well.

  We recently moved into a house that was owned by someone who DIYed everything and got nothing right. We had several companies come in to look at the HVAC before Oceanview. Several said everything was fine despite our reports of it not being fine, and others just said we needed to replace everything and it was going to cost us our firstborn child. Oceanview came in and looked at the mess of duct work and told us they could repair it. Emiliano and Joey have both worked in our house now (the contractors we use apparently also use Oceanview for their various jobs, and our contractors are AMAZING, which is how we learned about Oceanview in the first place). The owner also came out and was involved in one of the more special aspects of the repair process and was incredibly professional and easy to talk to. We are grateful to have found them. It is very apparent that Emiliano takes pride in his work and that he enjoys leaving something in best condition he can-his maintenance and cleaning was the most thorough we’ve ever had on any home we’ve ever lived in.
