- GWGreg WAug 10, 20261.0Builder couldn't sell lots so they dropped the prices drastically which killed the property values for existing residents who paid premium prices. Biggest mistake was purchasing a property here.

We have to constantly policing our community because DRB or our HOA seem to don't care. We have people vanvandalizing or community. Breaking into our dog parks ,vandalized our pickleball courts . Jumping over or gates for our pool and when asked to leave they cause problems. 2 people even threaten 2 older 70 plus year old people after cops have been call that we will be back. And stuff is getting stolen . Our houses are worth alot less then we paid for them . We have rotten smelly water in parts of our house . I can go on. We contacted the HOA and DRB and either no replies or it being put before the board. Don't buy here. Untill all the problems are fixed. Sorry for the bad review because I did love this place still do but the problems starting outweighting the good. There are great people that live here and very friendly. When i bought it was 55+ . After I bought it was active adult targeted . Now anyone can buy here. Its a great community for older people but for people with kids it is really not . Nothing for kids here and the houses are so close.
