We have been pleased through the entire process. Caroline and Ron are builder were informative, accommodating and a pleasure to work with! Karen and Shane have been very responsive as well. The houses are unique. The quality is much better as compared to other 55+ communities that we looked at in the area. We like that this will be a smaller community. The amenities are very nice. However, there are a few issues that need to be resolved by the HOA and DRB quickly. Glad they are open!
