- TSTerry SprinkleMar 3, 20263.0The first call resulted in the employee securing the incorrect lift requested, what I wanted they did not have. Had to call back on the reservation and get it changed. Then onsite the equipment performed very bad and our guys still had to end up sharing a lift, working off ladders, or using another one when available due to this ones non-performance. Update: I did not have this response after receiving the bill. I did complain to the store, United Corporate, and only received a partial refund. The hours used on lift supplied from the rental was 2 hours for the 3 Days onsite. That time was frustration time trying to get it to work properly. Partial refund means I will not use them again, nor will I use my United Account either anywhere else. Poor business response outcome to what I expect in a rental for my business needs. Again I don't recommend nor will I use again for their failure to honor their product supplied!
- CWChad WJun 20, 20251.0I called on 06/12/2025 to the location off of hwy 221 in Chesnee, SC. I spoke to Michael and he was very very helpful as I needed to rent a aerator for my yard. Michael told me he could get me an aerator in for rent by the next week and I made plans to meet him on 06/20/2025 at noon. As I ended my call with Michael he assured me he would be working as well on that day. So today I called and Michael picked up my call and tells me that the aerator I was going to rent got sent to a different location. As you can imagine I was upset and very angry. While I do appreciate Michael's honesty there wasn't an offer to try to make this right. I had to scramble and call a mom and pop hardware store that promptly helped me with renting the aerator. I was so frustrated I called the store back as I was debating on whether to leave this review and if I got to speak to the manager this review may not have been written but since I have gotten no call quickly here we are. IF YOU NEED TO RENT AN AERATOR DO SO FROM BULLIS TRUE VALUE HARDWARE IN SPARTANBURG. This is a mom in pop store that makes doing business easy.
