  I am very happy with the work that was performed by Groundworks to encapsulate my crawlspace. I entered the crawlspace after they were done and for the first time did not feel dirty or worried about spiders or other creepy crawly bugs. The space looks beautiful. Looking forward to the improvement in air quality and home humidity level. Thank you to Cory, Hunter, and Daizon with Mount Valley Foundation (aka Groundworks)for the great work they did. I highly recommend them.

  Groundwork’s, formerly Mt Valley Foundation Services, came to repair and seal our concrete with a concrete movement package. The installers were Yiannis and Landon. They were awesome! I can’t express enough how they were attentive to our needs, and made sure we were satisfied with their work. They were prompt, courteous, explained all that they were going to do, were extremely professional, and did a great job. They gave us options, with clear examples of what to expect so that we could make the right choice for our home. We are very pleased with Yiannis, Landon and this company, and would definitely recommend them!

  I had my foundation and basement waterproofed from the inside by Groundworx. The first bit wasn’t good bc I got my appt cancelled and then the next appt no one showed up. So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions. We really enjoyed them and they made the job site so clean it was like they were never there (except for my new pump and my ripped out basement haha 😂) they clearly know this service/product very well and performed with a highest level of professionalism. The work looks great and I’m happy with the job. I want to review their work bc I feel it is a valuable service and as a company they need to take care of and value these employees. Hard workers are next to impossible to find in today’s workforce and it would be in Groundworx best interest to compensate, respect, value and retain these employees.

  Thank you to Groundwork’s for helping solve our issues with our foundation. Trey S came out and gave a great assessment on how to remedy the issue. His suggestions along with our future projects lined up perfectly. Josh B & Jacob were sent out for the installation and did a great job explaining what they were doing and communicating with us on everything. We will be recommending GroundWorks to others.

  The crew that was sent out by Jack the field supervisor did a fabulous job at repairing what needed following up on. The Foreman Jalen came to greet me and told me what he was going to do and asked did I have anything else that I knew about and it was only a vent that I knew needed fixing besides everything else that he was doing. As soon as he was finished he came and showed me the pictures of the repair. And five minutes later I got all the pictures on my phone that he sent me!!! Jalen Garrett and Leforrace are absolutely a top level crew! And Jack the field supervisor needs a 5 star review as well! Thanks for the awesome service guy’s !!
