  William did an outstanding job. We just bought our home, and having water back up into the basement so soon was stressful. William came out quickly, explained exactly what had caused the problem, and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Even though the pump failure wasn’t caused by Groundworks’ installation or product, he replaced the pump as a courtesy. He also cleaned the sump liner, ran flood tests, and inspected the whole drainage system so we’d know everything was working properly before he left. We really appreciate how Groundworks made sure we were taken care of. As new homeowners, that kind of service gives us a lot of peace of mind, and we’d recommend Groundworks to anyone.

  Koby, Jacob and Eli with Groundworks completed an amazing job with the encapsulation of my crawlspace that included installation of drains, a sump pump, and dehumidifier. The crawlspace is at least 1900 square feet on a steep slope so the job was a bit more demanding than an average crawlspace. They demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and ensured regular communication with me throughout the three day project. I highly recommend Groundworks.

  Surprised that the rep is paid on commission. But when I asked who he would invite to his house for a second opinion, a second quote before dropping $15k: “None of them. I mean, if you, want a second opinion, there's about a dozen other companies you can call. If you want a kind of half-done project, any of them.” I was taken aback that he either has zero knowledge of his colleagues in the industry or that he has little respect for them. (Used pocket ai to verify his words.) having respect for other companies and knowing them makes you the expert that people flock to.

  Ron, Lefforace and Quillen were very professional and did a great job! From start to finish Ron kept me informed of what they were doing and provided detailed photos and videos of every step along the way. They left no mess and I am completely satisfied with the work they performed. I would highly recommend Ron’s team and Groundworks to anyone experiencing structural or moisture concerns with their home.

  We had a good experience with our Encapsulation team. The initial inspection was done by Lawrence. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. He addressed our concerns. The company kept in touch with us before install. They called a week before with a day for install. Day of install they text with arrival time. The installers Cory, Hunter and Ethan were friendly. Cory answered any questions we had. They seemed to do the installation properly. After the install the crawl space was cleaned and area where they worked outside was cleaned up. So far we are pleased with their work. Crawl space looks good and has no moisture now.
