  Called these guys looking for a specialty tool that they didn't it have in stock but he took the time to ask around for me to see if his coworkers maybe knew who would have that locally. Great customer service.

  Tyler and Ben are what owners of a business should be lucky to have. First was greeted with sincere smiles and willingness to help find what was i was shopping for. Second explained in person off the street talk the in's and out of the tool. I will return for tools needs in the future. Great hire Directtools.

  Direct tools isn't special anymore. The prices arnt that much different from home depot. Store was clean. It was bare. I understand it's a new store. But all direct tools don't have alot in stock anymore. The staff was very lack luster. Not worth making a special trip out their.
