  We have been in our custom built home by Cottonwood for a little over a year and we are loving it. Aside from the normal hiccups with a custom build out in the country (time delays on product, contractors, etc) we were extremely happy with the cottonwood team. Josh was our project manager and he was incredibly thorough and has a fantastic attention to detail. The best part of our experience is a year later and the team does not hesitate to come back for anything that may be a concern. (Example; doors not closing due to settling) but we have had no major issues with the home. If we were to build again, we would use cottonwood!

  Cottonwood is the real deal with people that care about the finished product and their reputation. They did an incredible job with our renovation and communicating with us along the way. Josh was our Project Manager and was very easy to work with. When we had trouble in the design process, they were there to help steer us in the right direction. Renovations can be incredibly stressful, I felt they made the process as easy as possible and the work is very high quality .I highly recommend them!

  I've used Taylor and his team at Cottonwood Construction for 3 home renovation projects so far: 1) Master Bathroom remodel that they knocked out of the park. 2) Full basement finish to include a kitchen. This turned out super cool and is easily the most complimented part of our home. 3) Back deck remodel that gave the back side of our house much more life. They design well. Advise well. But at the end of the day allow you to make the decisions and will tell you when they think you're making a bad one. I appreciate that. Taylor and his team have a really good way of visualizing and getting it on paper for you to see. If you have no vision, I'd trust them to help create that for you as well. Often overlooked but necessary to highlight... They are tidy. The project managers and subs that come in never left a worksite in disarray. Trash is cleaned up daily. Tools and materials are stacked neatly. It seems like a small thing until you're living through the remodel. We have other projects planned already with these guys. Highly recommend.

  You will never come across a more respectful, hard working, and responsive team than the Cottonwood folks. They are a pleasure to work with in an industry where that is rare. Thank you to Cottonwood for all your hard work and understanding through the projects we have completed together!
