I wanted to give the best review possible for Vickie Taylor. I have spent 4 hours over the last two days in your Spartanburg location. Vickie was patient and kind. She gave me space to look around and helped with suggestions when I asked for assistance. I know what I like and have firm opinions about what I don’t like. I walked the floor numerous times looking and looking again. Vickie was always helpful, professional and friendly. She took great pains to help me find the perfect tile for my new above garage studio bathroom and kitchen. In the end I found the absolute perfect combinations. I just love it! I’m excited for this project and most of that is due to Vickie and the care she showed me. I am a repeat customer, however, I have never met Vickie before. She is a gem! Thank you! Monica

Wonderful. Clayton Tile gets very busy, because lots of people always want to remodel. It's just the way it is so you have to have time and be patient. They were totally helpful in recommending and helping me select tile designs when we remodeled our entire home in 2011. Tile came in on time, it was exactly what we ordered. Their installer, Scott, is one amazing tile installer. He is a perfectionist and very, very hard worker. we re-tiled two bathrooms, the wall of one bathroom and the wall of our laundry room. We were tremendously satisfied.

Mediocre service. Left 4 voice messages regarding ordering and never heard a thing. Two months later, tried again and I reached a human.
