The tech was very prompt in arriving and worked diligently with me for multiple hours out in the hot heat searching for a leak in my city water line to my indoor pool. Although we finally gave up due mostly to it just not going to get any easier to find that was my decision as the tech would have continued on. Very nice & courteous young man.

The plumber sent out was unable to find the problem and still charged 95 dollars. I called my son who is not a licensed plumber but has a little knowledge and he was able to fix it without having to do much at all. No expensive parts or labor was needed. I find it difficult to understand why a licensed plumber could not find the problem. He suggested replacing the water line for the sum of $450.

They dont even know what the South Carolinas rules and regulations are. Dont trust google reviews. Go to yelp and you will see a completely different story. Worst service. Payed $20,000 for new hvac and duct work. Everything worked good at first but then it struggled to keep the house cool. I went under the house to look for myself and ther was a 2 inch by 13 inch gap that they just decided to put foil tape over it that ended up coming off so all that air was blowing into my crawl space. This cause my electric bill to skyrocket because it was on all the time trying to keep up. I called and complained about it. They came out and said they couldn't fix it that day because they didnt have the right material so the tape was jist put back on it temporarily. Came out the next day to "fix" the issue. Was there only 30 mins. I went back down to check it. All he did is put more tape on it and put mastic over top. I called them again and asked for a manager, he said there was none available and they would call me later. Its been 2 days and i have not heard from them. The next day I checked most of the mastic had already fallen off. By regulations if a gap is over 3/4" you are required to seal it with metal sheet. After fighting with them they finally sent someone out to fix it by using a metal sheet but of course since they dont know anything about SMACNA codes they completely screwed that up too. They even had a supervisor out and they still couldn't get it right. Don't trust these people especially if you are spending a lot of money.

Avoid this corporate monster. I paid Waldrop $17,000 for a new system in July 2025 and an additional $2,107 for a duct cleaning 2.5 weeks ago. Immediately after, my vents began heavily sweating, dripping water, and rusting.A Waldrop technician came out on Friday and confirmed open gaps at the edges and corners of the ceiling boots. This is a direct violation of South Carolina Residential Building Code sealing standards. It has been 4 days since their own technician confirmed this defect, and the only response from management is "we'll get back to you." This is an entirely unacceptable delay for active property damage caused by their poor workmanship. Save your money and find a company that actually stands behind its work and respects your property.

Daniel and Hyden did a wonderful job pumping our septic tank . Took the time to clean the tank and the feed line after the tank was empty. I suggest if you need yours pumped do the jet clean option not just the pumped option. It cost more but will be worth it . Ps Noah also was great at getting them out as soon as possible.
