  Update: I want to clarify that the company has now refunded the full amount I originally paid for the plumbing work. I received their refund check today. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the financial matter by providing a full refund. I’m glad we were able to bring the matter to a resolution, and I wish them all the best. ————————————————————— Unprofessional, Unfinished Work, and Poor Customer Service I paid over $450 in total for a shower valve repair, including $116 for parts I had to purchase myself after being incorrectly told that short-stem replacement kits were no longer available for my older model. During the initial visit, the original short stems were replaced with long stems that were difficult to open and close, and my original parts were taken without asking. When I sourced the correct short-stem kit myself from a local supplier, the plumber agreed to return on Friday, August 6, to install them under their work guarantee. When they arrived, I politely explained why I was unsatisfied with the initial job. Instead of addressing the issue or honoring their guarantee, the plumber became defensive, stated they were "out of here," claimed they could refuse service, and walked off the job without fixing the problem or completing the work I paid for. Since he told me, “I am refusing to serve you,” and left without completing the correction. I found it concerning that payment was accepted for the job, but the promised correction was not completed. As a woman and a foreign-born customer with an accent, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not treated with the respect and professionalism I expected as a paying customer. Unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and refusal to stand behind guaranteed work. I would strongly advise against using this service.
