  Thought Monarch only did roof repair/replacement. Called about some gutter replacement opportunities and they were there to assist. Pretty painless. Just waiting now for the install crew. Luke( Monarch rep/tech), was personable/professional. We reviewed the issue and corrective action options. Happy with our plan.

  An outstanding young man came out, assessed my roof, presented their different products and explained the procedure involved. I explained at the very beginning that I wanted estimates. I got full service attention even though I was merely getting an estimate. I'm impressed by this company.

  Robert was prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He took time to walk me through the entire inspection, showing detailed photos and explaining everything with clarity and honesty. I had planned to get several estimates, but his expertise made it clear that Monarch is the right choice for my home. I’m excited and confident as I look forward to my new roof.

  Tried scheduling with them to come out and do an estimate. They scheduled me for a certain date and time. But the next day said that they were overbooked and had meetings that day so they would have to reschedule me for another day. As a business this date should have been blocked off, for that meeting. Thank goodness I have other roofers coming out to give an estimate.

  We always get 3 bids on a project this size. Monarch was over double the price of other 2 bids with local reputable roofing companies. All using the same GAF materials. The inspector was well trained in marketing techniques and went for the sign now or you will lose your discount gimmick. They wouldn't even leave us with a written copy of their estimate. They know if they leave unsigned they will not get the job. We feel bad for anyone who gets sucked in by the excellent marketing techniques. If you feel their work is worth over double what the job is worth , go for it! Buyer beware!
