  I’m having my primary bathroom renovated. I made the decision to change all of the plumbing fixtures to a matte black finish. I started my search for matte black solutions online…. Wondering “ how hard it could be?!?” Well … it was more involved than I anticipated. I made the drive to Bluffton to visit the two plumbing supply businesses that I was familiar with. I was disappointed in both visits and did not accomplish my goal BUT on the way home I saw Gateway Supply on Okatie Hwy so I reached out online in hopes of getting an appointment quickly. I got an immediate response!!! I visited their beautiful showroom this morning and met with Janis. She was so helpful and patient. She asked all the right questions and really listened when I told her my challenges and what my desires were for the bathroom aesthetic. I purchased all of the components to complete my bathroom renovation. I was thrilled with the outcome but especially with the service! I would highly recommend that your first stop be Gateway Supply if you’re looking for plumbing fixtures.

  We are renovating two bathrooms and are very impressed with Gateway Supply. We bid the same plumbing fixtures to three Bluffton companies. Gateway was by far the lowest bid. But what blew us away was their outstanding service. The guest bath materials arrived in perfect order and installed easily. Our plumber then gave us three hours notice for rough in valves on the Master Bath. One call to Gateway and the entire master bath order was delivered immediately Every employee bent over backwards to make our experience pleasant...from the phone operator to delivery driver. They do everything they can to please a customer. What a wonderful addition to the Bluffton building scene!

  The showroom is beautiful and Janis is great! She’s knowledgeable and patient. There are a lot of details in ordering plumbing fixtures and she took care of it all. Above and beyond.
