  I had a water filtration and a water heater installed. The sales person/technician, Wesley Frierson, scheduled me for Monday for the initial installation, then Wednesday of the same week for the follow-up work related to the water filtration system. As such, I took work off to be here both days. Then Wednesday arrives, and no show - I called the office, it's an answering system with little information. She directed me to "their portal" for updates, where she said I would have seen this morning that the appointment was now rescheduled as of today for Thursday. During the first call to check on the status (around 10:00 am EST) the operator indicated that the tech/field team would reach out. Nothing. A few hours later, I called back again, she again said they'd reach - but nothing. This does not work as noted above, and I expect a discount for their lack of dependability and poor communication. I will be avoiding them going forward based on their team's lack of professionalism.

  I had a faucet installed into a utility sink that I purchased and provided and was charged $1,000 to connect the drain and hook the water lines up. Absolute rip off. I'm new to the area and don't know any plumbers yet so I went with Blantons thinking I could trust them but was really taken advantage of...I have since spoken with a couple of other guys that do plumbing work and they said it should not have cost more than $300.00. I am writing this so others can see and make sure they are careful if they call Blantons. After reading other reviews it seems this is a common theme.

  Walker (and Aaron) were a great team installing our new HVAC system. They were professional, friendly, skillful and each did a thorough job explaining the new system with its various components and safety features. Also very considerate of protecting our wood floors and left their work area clean and vacuumed too. Highly recommend Blanton!

  Alex was amazing. He performed the most thorough inspection and source of information and time spent here out of everyone seen. He was so personable and I felt a sense of care, quality of service and resources provided… above all I felt a sense of trust and truth from his presence… a genuine care as if I was his family.

  So many issues and so much frustration. Simply put, we were told project would be completed quickly - we’re two weeks in with no ac. We were required to pay a chunk upfront with the false promise of a quick repair - they came out Friday -> issue was said to be resolved Monday… only to have damaged parts, then next order there were missing items, and then more damaged items, etc. unfortunately, we had to leave the house due to summer temps and our 4 month old and relied on neighbors to give the crew access - only for the crew member(s) to leave our back door wide open & attic stairs down/open. When we confronted them they blamed our neighbors. On our last day working with this company we were told someone would be out around 11am … they didn’t show up until around 2:00pm and after multiple visits to our house found a new issue that would cost even more. Just so we could wrap our minds around the timeline and price -> My husband requested someone break down the cost/receipts and discuss what has been paid only to hear ‘I’m not sure, I’m not an accountant’ or something along those lines. It’s like nothing was recorded properly for them to reference and provide clarity? We ended up contacting a different company, got a WAY (like significantly) better price and turnaround. We feel taken advantage of / our time was wasted and we are two weeks out from being home due to this issue. While something’s are just ‘manufacturer’ errors the lack of customer service and consideration is disappointing. Seems like we didn’t work with anyone who had a sense of urgency, desire to help, or much knowledge on our ac unit and then couldn’t explain the cost. & like one of the other reviews we are $$ in and still nothing is working, what a joke? How can a company be okay with accepting payment for this level of service. Lastly, same as other review(s) - after complaining about our door/attic being left open that same guy was sent back out to our house? Like come on?? Such a headache. Wouldn’t recommend, incredibly disappointed. What a waste of time.
