  Had fantastic sales support from Mo, who always followed up to make sure that everything went according to plan. The installation was performed mostly by Dylan who did a terrific job with help from Marshall and John. All were deeply experienced and knowledgable technicians. If you want a fair price with a great and meticulous installation, I would definitely reccomend going with this team!

  One Hour has been great to work with. We have been with them for almost 6 years now. Charles did a great job. Friendly, accurate and knowledgable. Took photos of the work he did and explained everything.

  I am so glad we decided to go with one hour, they were on time, worked clean, and even raked the yard down before they left..He way very informative, and went though everything to do with the thermostat. If there way an option for 10 stars that would be my vote..Thank you guys so much

  Had a new unit installed April 2026 unit stopped working August 2026 called Company was told I will make an appointment the next day and they may be a service charge after we went without air conditioning for 24 hours. Technician came found a problem fixed it then we was told after worrying about how much it would cost that it had a one year warranty parts and labor very disappointed that there wasn’t more concern for the customers. I gave all my information over the phone when I called that I just had bought the unit could not believe that it’s already broke down. They looked up my information and still told me the technician would let me know the cost to fix the unit. Disappointed, unsatisfied customer

  Noah was very professional, skilled knowledgeable, and got system running again. He is an asset to this company. Our primary complaint is almost $400 to clean algae out of our drain line? Please!! Taking advantage of people in a major way. The thing that is especially frustrating about this is we had this HVAC system installed by One Hour only a year and a half ago!
