  They did a good job preparing my system for the winter. They also did a good job helping me look at other services offered by the company that could extend the life of my split heating and air conditioning system. I highly recommend this company.

  The installation was good The problem was the downstairs unit was too large for the ductwork & return air system to handle. Therefore; the air handler can't get enough air wo/ larger return air vents. (I had argued for the 2Ton unit originally designed for the house) but the 2(1/2)T w/ new refrigerant was a more accurate load requirement per your agent Thus, there is a problem that has nothing to do w/ the installation itself.

  Couldn’t get the a/c going after 2 and half hours. Had to call other techs for help. Had to read my manual for assistance. Tracked dirt throughout my house. Did not wear the booties.He also left my gate open and unlocked. Boo.
