  I went in on a Thursday and had new floors by Monday afternoon. My cat is no longer going to the bathroom on the floor. I couldn’t be happier. My quality of life has increased because I have new floors.

  I bought carpet and carpet padding for my whole house. About six months afterwards my floor started bubbling and the subfloor wasn’t attached right and installer should’ve said so, but he didn’t and I got all mold throughout my old house and a lot of issues in and out of the doctors and I talked to somebody at the office and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was the installer’s fault but it’s their installers wouldn’t do business with them anytime soon or at all.
