  First off, the price was reasonable for what I wanted. The color of the Atlas shingle was exactly what I envisioned for my house! More importantly, Drew Rhodes was incredibly accessible and responsive to all my questions and cincerns. His crew worked diligently to complete my roof, despite uncomfortable heat and rain! I plan to use this company again for minor indoor repairs.

  The end of May, 2026, The Roofing Company of Charleston completed a roof replacement on my home in Summerville. I had several local roofing companies give me estimates, ten to be exact. I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence by checking reviews and literally interviewing all of them at my kitchen table. If you’re familiar with the Charleston area, anytime you have any type of contracting work done you will have an incredibly wide range of prices involved! I decided to choose The Roofing Company of Charleston for a few reasons. I liked the fact that the owner, Drew Rhodes, is a local, born and raised, with roofing experience going back three generations from grandfather, to his father, and now to him. I felt Drew spoke with truth and honesty when discussing options for my roof. He was not pushy nor did he try to “talk me into” anything I didn’t need. He spoke with kindness and respect as if he was speaking to his own mother. Drew guaranteed his work and put it in writing. He even came over to my home two extra times to help me decide on the shingle ( I just couldn’t decide!) His crew was fabulous and had the roof completed in a day and a half!!! I want to point out, behind the roof you see in the first few pics is a huge covered patio on the back of my house (see pics below). He had several men, and a couple awesome young women, working at one time to get the job done efficiently, and in a timely manner! They were awesome and the roof looks beautiful!!! See the pictures below! If you are looking to replace or repair your roof, I highly recommend you get an estimate from The Roofing Company of Charleston. You won’t be disappointed! Their prices are very competitive, and won’t break your bank!!! Thank you, Drew, for your kindness, professionalism, your honesty, and for going above and beyond, making my home look so beautiful!!!
