  We had several items needing replacement including a water heater expansion tank, several shut off valves and a hose bib. Mike and Will were polite, professional and you can tell take a lot of pride in their work. We would definitely recommend them for any projects you may need!

  I scheduled a residential job (install 2 bathroom sink faucets in a new countertop). We agreed on a date and afternoon install with several weeks notice. I had a limited window to get the work done with cabinet install on one end of the agreed widow (2 PM) and my wedding anniversary dinner on the other end of the window at 7 PM. At 2 Pm Michael notified me he could not honor his commitment to me and wouldn’t be available until 4-5 days later (we confirmed the time several times in the days/hours leading up to the appointment). I spent the next several hours installing the faucets myself :(. Micheal had installed a toilet for me several months prior which made me think I had a dependable plumber. … not so :( Having said that, I think Michael may have been in a damned if you do and damed if you don't situation. I have changed the rating to account for that situation and based on the initial work he did for me.

  I’ve had many times using Mike. I saw him working for another plumber that did my new house and was great. Fortunately I was referred to him by Winsupply after about 4 years from our last contact. Mike started his own company as a licensed plumber and is Excellent. Very prompt service, efficient and up front estimates. I highly recommend him!
