  Another wonderful experience with Preferred. The best part about their business is their team of technicians and Griffin showcased the same standard of excellence that we’ve grown accustom to when using Preferred. Kind, personable, and respectful throughout the whole transaction. They were happy to sit down and answer questions and able to share their knowledge and expertise in a way that was easy to comprehend, allowing us to make an informed decision that gave us great piece of mind over our chooses during our recent service call. 10/10.

  Requested an appointment and the person over the phone mentioned a dispatch fee which is fine most companies do that. However when the technician arrived he dropped that I needed to pay another fee of $340 for him to look at it and diagnose the problem. So before anything was even looked at I was going to be out of pocket almost $400!!! Total scam!!!!

  As a Realtor, I always have a need for finding great service providers for when I'm managing a transaction. PHS offer a one stop shop, I just gave them a punch list of things we needed done and each person showed up on time and with a smile on their face! Work was done and completed before I knew it. Easy scheduling and no hassle repairs. True professionals! Highly recommend

  Ola did a thorough job assessing the HVAC/thermostat issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he was also transparent in explaining what went wrong and the next steps to help maintain the life of the equipment. I was especially grateful for his professionalism, respect for my home and me, and his friendly personality. Thank you for sending qualified professionals who get the job done and leave customers feeling safe and confident about the services provided!

  Joe N. Is the best plumber I have ever had! He was very personable and professional! He started by going over the agenda for the visit to ensure that all expectations were managed and there would be no surprises during our appointment. He flushed my tankless water heater making some plumbing related suggestions to help me save money by mitigating future repairs by changing some of the things we do in our home. He ensured that the work area was cleaned up after work was complete and even provided me plumbing related options to make my home better, save money, and improve my overall quality of life making sure I was aware of available financing for any needed repairs or enhancements that I may be interested in if needed. He never came across like he was selling me something. He just wanted to be there for what we needed! He even let me know that Preferred is a whole home service company offering hvac and electrical servicing as well! I will only have Joe N. take care of our families plumbing needs and Preferred for any other home services from now on!
