  Very responsive and great work. However, bit confused on what needed to be done. Toilet was running and was told I needed a new toilet float installed…. $250 something dollars later. Once it was installed, and too late to go back, I was told my toilet was loose from the bowl and once tightened that was probably the problem. I then asked for a quote for an outside hose leak, and was quoted over $500. Today, I took a wrench and tightened the nut, and it stopped leaking. So watch out and get a second opinion before paying these astronomical prices.

  Odd, I was about to do a review and apparently LimRic did it for me with a 5 star? Maybe this the reason they have a 4.9 star rating. Well, my review is anything but a 5 star. I give this company a 1 star review. First, while giving the dispatcher the address, this lady require a zip code. I told her it wasn't necessary, Goggle Maps will automatically give you the zip code. But no, I had to hang up and call back with the zip code. I called back and guess what, the second lady didn't request it. The technician got to the job site and he called me and told me the stopage was already cleared. He added, I needed to upgrade the toilet. I asked him how much. He quoted me a price between $1600 to $2000. Hmmm, minus $225 for toilet and the time to install this toilet...say 2-4 hours to remove and install, you're looking at $343/hr to 443/hr. Shop around, because this company will take advantage of senior citizens and old Vietnam Vets.

  I chose LimRic because all the reviews were great. But my experience wasn't good. I scheduled an HVAC check and to clean debris out of it, but they didn't clean it. I also scheduled a water flush for my water heater tank, but they kept rescheduling or canceling the appointment five times. I never did get it flushed. The price was okay, I guess. Not inexpensive, but not too expensive, I suppose. The dispatch so I can get charged also took forever they weren't prepared. After that experience I've put off the flush.

  I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning to have a new hot water heater put in. I had to shut the water off to the house so we scheduled the repair for early morning. After the entire morning went by I called and had to speak with an AI representative that assured me that the technician was still coming out. As the afternoon went by I called back at 6:00 to find out was the technician still coming. The AI receptionist said that he was still scheduled to come out that evening. I asked it if it knew what time it was where I lived. After that a real person called me and told me that the person had been tied up at another job and wouldn't be by for another 2 or 3 hours. I said that was too late and that we could reschedule for in the morning. The technician did come out in the morning none of this is his fault by the way. He put in the hot water heater and everything look good. However the water never got more than lukewarm and then the next day we were back to taking cold showers. The hot water heater cost $3,500 and it can't produce hot water. My old leaking one was doing a great job. I had to reschedule and have someone take more time off from work so that they can come back out tomorrow and I got the time window of anytime all day. The AI receptionist said that I could be charged a $49 fee for the technician coming out but if it turns out to be their fault they will reimburse me for that cost. I don't understand why I have to pay anything when I just gave you $3,500 for a non-working hot water heater. If everything is fixed tomorrow I will update this review and let everyone know the results but this is ordeal ruined my last weekend and it looks like it might ruin this weekend as well. Update: The technician came back at first thing this morning which I am grateful for. The filament in the new hot water heater had burned out. They replace the filament free of charge and said that they would get another hot water heater if there was another issue. I am pleased with the response to the problem even though it's a little concerning that a new hot water heater had a filament burnout.

  Our AC unit started blowing hot air, so we called Limric. They sent a technician the next day. The technician was very professional and polite. However, what we were charged did not seem to match the services we received. We were overcharged by a good bit. And then even after that service, the AC unit started blowing hot air again that night. We got back on the schedule for the following day, but then I got a call that the technician couldn't make it to us until another day. When I called, they did promise a technician would come that day, and he did. Then we had to replace another part for an exorbitant fee. Now the AC unit is working, but we will not call Limric again in the future because they are overpriced.
