  I only had one issue. I had to move my woodworking tools and equipment outside for access to the breaker box, which wasn’t a big issue, until I later found out it had rained and some very expensive equipment got extremely wet. No one made any attempt to notify me that it had or was raining, so I was able to deal with the matter

  Lilli was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question I had thoroughly, and made the entire process easy to understand.   Shane was really heart felt when we connected and he really urged that after 9 years on a heating and air unit. And duct work that was falling apart had me worried, but I think this is going to be a 10 year investment. Even at the price realizing my insurance company would only pay so much I'm convinced that this is as serious at is needs to be done. And Maddox he was a help checking out the damage done. And Patrick cut out the leak and hasn't leaked ever since. Thank you

  Everything was fine until after my service was completed. The lack of communication after the fact is unacceptable. I received a call back stating that the tech needed to come back out, but no explanation as to why or how this came up. The technician was rescheduled twice and didn't show. The person who called that Saturday morning was attempting to make things better, but it's obvious that she missed the mark when she told me that she wondered why people called to have toilets installed since it was two screws. She also told me that the reason that the tech couldn't come back out was because they sold a water heater and were busy with that. This shows that the company only cares about selling products. The third reschedule had someone else come out, when we had been told only the original tech could come out. I have asked for phone calls back for 3 weeks and have heard nothing. Then in my attempts to cancel the membership i was sold, no one answers the phone.

  We were recommended to use LimRic Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling by our realtors (Carolina One)! We were being proactive and replacing our hot water heater before anything happened! It’s over 9 years old and we’ve had one that broke down exactly at 10 years! Now I know sometimes recommendations are all about you help me & we help you without any concern to actual ability! But in this case, this referral was 100% spot on!!!! Their website is easy and clear to navigate! But I actually wanted to speak to someone, and guess what, they do answer their phone! Of course this was during normal business hours, and they do use AI, which will be especially helpful after hours! They were patient with my numerous questions and what they actually said would happen was exactly what did! They had a Plumber, Austin, come out the next day at the time they said they would! Communication by the company and by Austin was excellent! They emailed and texted me the day before and morning of when he would arrive! He was right on time! Austin came out to our condo, assessed the cost, and was actually able to do the work in a reasonable time frame that morning! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and clean!!! He was also patient with my myriad of questions too! By this one experience alone, I can highly recommend LimRic, Austin and the whole company and will definitely use them again for any other need that may arise!
