  I have reached out to a couple of companies (because that is recommended), and Elegance is the only one that did not make me feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase. They genuinely cared more that I was going to get what I actually wanted rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend!

  Elegance Flooring did an excellent job replacing our flooring. Ryan took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of the different options instead of just pushing the most expensive one, which was greatly appreciated. He was a great communicator throughout, and the install crew was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

  It’s been approximately six months and we have not received reimbursement for the tile that we purchased for the work they completed. I placed a Google review about a week ago and for some reason it did not post so I am reposting this. They owe me approximately $271. If you desire to use them, please ask them to reimburse me my money first. And The Owner even said they were going to reimburse us!

  Great service and quality work. James and his foreman were both knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would recommend for future projects.
