  Built my townhome through DRB in Moncks Corner, SC in April 2025, and ever since we owned our home, our gas range oven has not worked. DRB was told about it from day 1, and all they did was tell me that we had to contact the manufacturer, Whirlpool. It has been over 6 months, and it still does not work! DRB should have replaced this months ago, and they have not! I have emailed and called everyone to try to get a new gas range (that was part of my build), but they do not even respond to me! This is horrible customer service, warranty is horrible, and they just pass you around so they don’t have to take responsibility for it. Be aware if you want to build a house/townhome with them! Their customer service is horrible, and they do not care about making things right! Now, there are more issues popping up, but we have scheduled an independent inspector to come and document everything to have fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone! They need to do better and resolve issues quickly!

  DRB Homes was the best choice I could have made as a first time home buyer. The project manager (Nick Reinhardt) and Sales Associate (Karen Fitzgerald) made the entire process stress free and enjoyable for my new build. The quality and design of the home was 10/10. I would definitely use and recommend DRB Homes for any future builds!

  I will never ever purchase another home from Dan Ryan nor will I recommend Dan Ryan to anyone. Everything started off great for the first few months and then all hell breaks loose it been one electrical problem after another, and just recently we found out there are several dead trees in the yard, it seem like if you build a home you would not build one surrounding dead trees and hope the owner wouldn't notice and end up being responsible. highly disappointed!!
