  Michael Lord was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He designed our laundry and offered many different options we had not considered. The only drawback was that he is the only associate at the North Charleston store and was constantly interrupted by phone calls and other walk in customers. He did however handle them quickly and politely so that he could complete our design.
